Ok, my sleep schedule is officially messed up. Night shift is killing me on my days off. I am totally okay when I'm at work... I yawn occasionally here and there, but overall I am good. When I arrive home around 8am, I eat breakfast, play with my doggie for a bit, then go to sleep at 9am. If I have to work, I usually wake up at like 3 or 4pm. Then
