So I was talking to a girl in one of my classes, who is also in my senior course/Frankenstein class, and she pointed out that as she was buying her books, she saw that one of the other senior courses was reading Sherlock Holmes, and Poe, and Wilkie Collins. The National Museum of American History Smithsonian re-opened yesterday, after being closed for about 2 years for renovations! There's a whole new exhibit for the Star-Spangled Banner, and the museum itself has undergone huge renovations. A new grand staircase with a huge skylight, and redesigned exhibits. I am so not in the mood to edit my paper on Jane Eyre and repression/fragmentation of the self.  Partly because it's not nearly as cool as it sounds, sadly. :(  On the other hand, yea for Rex Harrison, John Adams, Michael Crawford, Danny Kaye and William Daniels. :)

I love the "Secret Garden" musical so very much. Almost more than the book.
