So Knives In Hens.

It was very strange at first, then fabulously powerful when the plot kicked in, then damned uncomfortable but no less compelling, and ended on such a magical empowering moment that I was left wondering why I felt a little dissatisfied.

I am frequently told how much I look like my mother. To the point of nausea and glowering and me wanting to punch the nostalgic person in the nose.

Something I forgot or perhaps didn't quite realise ... was how much I also sound like her.

Only she sounds like a demented chipmunk singing in actual tune. *nods*

So I finished The Children Of Men by PD James a couple of weeks ago.
