Does anyone recommend a professional admissions consulting company - such as Kaplan or Petersons - which are designed to help applicants perfect their SOP's and writing samples? Do any of you have advise in contacting professional programs?
I know that it is very important to contact professors that you want to work with before you apply, but in professional programs students do not have supervisors since they will not be doing a thesis. I still want to get my name out there though, how should I do that?
