Anger is great for working out! Also great for somehow feeling better about shitty situations. Not that it's fun to feel angry, but it can be a little relieving rather than feeling depressed or sorry or anxious. It's never good to hang on to anger unnecessarily, but in this case you're totally justified in feeling that way, and if it can help you get through this tough time, use it!

I'm not sure how to deal with the anger, but I guess I'll just let it be and see how it goes. I'll definitely use it to get in shape, though!
