Had a little laugh a few moments ago. Today the dermatologist wanted to take a biopsy of a little bump I had by my nose. I'm not too worried about the findings, but all day I was worried about how it was going to look when I pulled the little bandage off. I've been back to being a claim handler for 2 weeks now. It's soooo much better now. Especially since this week the claim volume was so light I didn't get any new claims. At all. The entire week. Sure, it's nice for now, but we're a little concerned why, especially after a holiday. Sadly, it seems more likely that the claims got hung up somewhere ( Read more... )
