Call I had to make today:
me: I want to file a complaint about our neighbors. We put up with a lot of noise but twice in a week now I've been woken up by one of them throwing up from their third floor balcony to the ground below.
lady: What is the complaint for? Noise?
me: ... That, and a disregard for neighbors and their property. Last week it was 2am and this morning was 4am. There's also kids on the first floor with toys outside that could have gotten hit.
lady: So they're throwing things off the balcony and-
me: No, they're throwing UP off the balcony.
lady: ewwww...
me: Yeah.
