On the other side of that, I love life! There are so many good things to be thankful for and happy about. But when all you hear is the crap. When so many people you are around don't care, or have the life sucked out of them, or focus on the negative, or just plain don't have any energy or happiness of their own, it makes you feel like shit too. I am 5'4" after a good stretch and 195 lbs. on a light day right now. On the BMI scale, I'm at a 34 - far to the right on the "Obese" side of the scale. "Normal" is 18-24, 110-144 lbs. for my height. This has to stop ( Read more... )
