on an orthogeriatrics ward at the moment. lots of little old ladies with broken hips and a zillion comorbidities. contrasts a lot with the last placement where we had tons of good teaching but never actually got to do anything. here there's only one house officer and tons of ward jobs so lots of opportunities to get stuff signed off ( Read more... )

I'm writing this on my new laptop! It's awesome and I love it! It is mostly the same as my old one (the 13" macbook) just the four-years-later version.
