Some things find you at just the right time. A youngish cat has started visiting me and Aidan almost daily. i can't believe how quickly this flat gets so messy.
i will clean, and then i will write.
except i keep getting distracted from cleaning by the bag of new library books by the door.

aidan got this movie as a "might be amazing, might be crap" from the video shop and i just watched it, only half paying attention at first but i got sucked in pretty quickly. it's fantastic in a very understated way and you all should see it. imelda staunton is fantastic as the polar opposite of dolores umbridge. there's a good review here which ( Read more... ) -

Has this movie had a ton of hype that I just haven't noticed?
Friday afternoon I was on Facebook and 5 or 6 different people were posting how amazing it was... Aidan and I wanted to go out that night anyway so I got tickets for it at the IMAX.

I have it in my hot little hands and it's well exciting.
Kind of makes me feel better about having exams in omg 3 weeks!
