Tonight, I am baking. I am making a_hollow_year's soda bread recipe. I haven't made soda bread before. I also added dried cranberries, based on a comment from imaginarycircus. I love dried cranberries. I eat them pretty much everday, as a topping for my oatmeal. Once the bread is finished, I will make butter. I spent Saturday and Sunday in Death Valley with Jeff. It took us forever to get there. We got stuck behind a Baker to Vegas foot race. I just learned that it was the 25th Challenge Cup Relay, a foot race from Baker, CA to Las Vegas, NV. Another food memory I have of my grandmother is making cinnamon rolls with her. Along with homemade pizza, we would make them together almost every time we visited when I was a kid.
