Today is the first "official" day of training for the Weekend to End Breast Cancer. I walked 3 kms, which really isn't that far but it's only day one and that is what was on the training calendar. I didn't sleep much better last night, (my legs and feet were bothering me) but I am feeling better today. After my workout this morning Hubby and I washed the mountain of dishes from last night. I actually don't feel that bad, except the anti-nausea drugs slows my digestive system to a crawl and I end up constipated. (sorry) I drink lots of fluids and I'm trying to eat high fiber foods. I even tried Benefiber this time around. I am so uncomfortable and at this point I don't want to eat or drink anything because I already feel too full. I ( Read more... )

Just like the Energizer Bunny I am still going strong. I did a couple of loads of laundry today and paid bills. The treadmill was delivered as promised this afternoon. After sitting around in sort of a daze most of this week I finally got off my butt.
