The news isn't as good as I hoped but not as bad as I feared. My tumour was 1.6 cm, 272 g was removed, with clear margins. The tumour histologic grade is 2/3, the three sentinel nodes were positive, the 7 axillary nodes were negative. On December 13th I will be having an abdominal ultrasound and a bone scan. Waiting sucks! I am as prepared as I can be at this point for what ever treatments I have to do to beat this, but waiting to find out the pathology is making me crazy.
