For some reason, quite suddenly I am unaccountably sad. I was fine all day. Hubby went to work...still okay. Then out of no where my eyes start to tear up. Then a Weekend to End Breast Cancer commercial came on the TV and I started to cry. I don't know what's going on. Tonight is the first night shift Hubby is working with his new job. It is going to be cold and lonely in bed. *sigh* He'll be home around 8 tomorrow morning. It will take time to get used to this new lifestyle, but the benefits; 4 days on/4 days off and more money are nice ( Read more... )

Happiness Is...No More Chemo! I had my last round of chemo today. The nurse was awesome and I was finished in 2 1/2 hours!!! I don't know why some of the other rounds took 4+ hours, but who cares now....I am done ( Read more... )

I started out good today. Slept half decent and was feeling pretty rested when I got up. Wore my wig out for the first time as I was going to meet a friend for lunch. I have been thinking about my seemingly endless tears. I have been depressed in the past but I don't think my tears are a result of being depressed. Some of my tears are for me. Well, Wednesday is nearly over and I still don't have a properly functioning furnace. It was 12 C in my house most of the day. The repair man did get it running, but it is short cycling; what it was when I called him, so the house isn't warming up too fast.
