So yesterday started out awful with a very long class where I only understood maybe 1 word out of 3. Then the post-doc I work with didn't come in to the lab and I was freaking out because I needed her help to put together a powerpoint presentation for my lab meeting on Friday. Yay!
I got to see Veronica Mars filming! It totally made me week. I got on to campus and was heading for my lab when, what do I run into?! Yep :D They're shooting right in front of the gym where I work out. So I hung out there for a while watching while they did 9 takes of Veronica and Piz talking about "the case of the missing monkey". Sooo not fair!!!
Apparently Veronica Mars was filming on my campus today and I didn't find out until it was over!! *Sob* How upsetting is that?! I can't believe I missed it!!! My flatmate was walking to class and she saw Veronica and Dick and Logan filming something to do with the frats. I guess it had a really big pig in it for whatever reason. I'm not sure if I can do this, honestly. It's not that I doubt that I'm smart and capable because I think I've proved that to myself over the years. I just don't know if I can be at this level. My weekend
Alright, it's been a few days here. So let's see. Friday I went to lab, the gym, and then came home and hung out being all lazy and watching Veronica Mars with my roomie. Distracting myself
I seriously hate school, especially quizzes and tests and other evil beings of that general variety. My brain feels like it's about to explode from the sheer amount of information on protein-protein interactions that I'm attempting to stuff into it. And I still have 2 more lectures to review today plus 3 scientific journal articles to read ( Read more... )
