(no subject)
Okay, this is so my new favorite icon! Thank you aoifesquest! (I don't really think strawberries are evil but they do nasty things to me so it works.)
I am really, really tired. But I cloned another gene into bacteria today, which I will hopefully eventually get to stick into flies so that's fun. Or maybe satisfying. Or something. Did I mention the tired thing? The guy who gave my molecular biology lecture this morning spent about half an hour going over his favorite quotes and random things like Shaw's Revolutionist Handbook, which was weird, but he said something about trying to not only enjoy the results you get from science but the process as well. So that's what I'm going to try to do. From now on. Making minipreps is fun, really. Except not. But I figure he does have a point. If I'm only happy when I get something good then I'm going to spend a lot of time being unhappy... Right. Will work on that.
And OMG, Heroes! I am totally in love with Hiro! Not really, but he's great. I can't wait to see his transition from what he is to what he's going to become, because he is only getting cooler. *Sigh* And Peter. He's so cute! Though what's up with his eyes in the upcoming scenes? Weird. And yeah, they all just need to get together and be like X-Men or something. Right. Done now.
Anyhow, I think this quiz is going to kick my ass. I'm excited.
