My weekend
Alright, it's been a few days here. So let's see. Friday I went to lab, the gym, and then came home and hung out being all lazy and watching Veronica Mars with my roomie. I slept in on Saturday for a bit, got up and watched more VM, did a little studying, and then we headed out to Knott's Scary Farm. During October they turn the amusement park into a big haunted house-type thing. There's a bunch of walk through scary mazes with different themes and some of the rides are changed to be Halloween-ish. They also have some of the roller-coasters going and some 3D shows.
The problem was that it took us soooo long to get there. We sat in traffic for ages. Literally, we barely moved for two and a half hours. It sucked. Gross. I don't think we even got there until 10 pm. And then when we first got there it was insanely busy. But after a while it cleared out a bit. So we went through several of the mazes- vampires, axe murders, etc. We rode one of the rides and went on a roller coaster. Of course now I have bruises on my spine from the nice plastic seats...
It ended up being a lot of fun. Not only do they have people jumping out at you in the mazes, but when you walk around the park they leap out at you from behind trees with freaky masks and chainsaws and such. And then they follow behind you, making weird noises until they can get you cornered. LOL. I'm not sure if it was worth the traffic and the ticket price but it was good.
I got home at about 3 am and crashed until afternoon. Then I studied and picked my little sis up at the airport. Now I'm watching more VM.
I sooooo don't want to go to class tomorrow morning. Blech.
