So tonight nytemarewulf and I went to go see Doomsday, a movie that, yes, I'd never heard of that had just come out ...

So we just got back from seeing 300 -- nystemarewulf initially refused to see it on the grounds that the film wouldn't be "historically accurate". I'm sure I've mentioned this before, but I can be a sick sick bastard, and to prove it one of my all-time fave movies is The Kentucky Fried Movie -- above is one of my favourite parts of the movie (it's all a bunch of TV and movie sketches) about the importance of zinc oxide. Today nytemarewulf and I went with reevis5 and Mark to have some Firehouse Pizza -- the pizza was quite good, but the guy behind the counter was even better! VERY woofy fella who was quite wary with Justin's wandering eyes. Yesterday, we saw Clerks II -- I quite enjoyed it. It's certainly not a perfect movie, and the ending is questionable ... but what makes the movie is the VERY real interactions that happen between several of the characters, especially those played by ( Read more... )
