I need rest days. I should not jam pack my weekends. But i always do. I think i drank too much the past few nights, but not too too much, just a little too much, where i get the morning hangover shakes. Nothing that can't be cured with just a little more sleep, and water. I really should drink more water.

He got a call around 6:30am yesterday.

He yelled out "NO! NOO! NOO!" and continued the rest of the phone call in the bathroom.
