Well, it's getting on for ten o'clock, and I still haven't had a wink of sleep. This is fairly unusual for me, who can sleep in most weathers and with a fair amount of background noise. I left of, having returned from my travels, overly hot and weary, to Nottingham. More of the usual night shift apathy over the last few days. This week's major point of note has been astrofeline's '666' party on Tuesday night, which I could only attend for a brief time due to aforementioned shift patterns. The weekend took a little longer to write up than normal, as I expected it would. I left off on Friday, about to head to the arboretum. Contrary to the numerous text messages I received (you bunch of jealous bastards), the weather wasn't terrible. Second part of the weekend update then. Sunday was spent marvelling at the comfort of the new bed* and generally being unwilling to leave it's confines. Then upon stirring, headed down to killerrrcocopop's party/bbq. So yes, the end of the last week involved a RockSoc pub evening, a Rock City Thursday with many fine young ladies, and an Ikea trip to purchase a new bed. The fun then started on Friday night...
