Life is just a battle, a race between the lights
More of the usual night shift apathy over the last few days. This week's major point of note has been astrofeline's '666' party on Tuesday night, which I could only attend for a brief time due to aforementioned shift patterns. I shouldn't complain though, normal shifts next week :( This means irate customers calling, constant frustration with our systems failing, and not being able to do cool things, like work on the Satan's Circus flyer. Hmph.
Today I finish shifts, so I intend to sleep through the morning, then bugger off to Norwich this afternoon. From there I really don't know what'll happen, but I'll be back in Notts in time for Nightmare on Saturday, it's only a little jaunt away. If I can be bothered I'll update from my phone, who knows. Shit, maybe I should check train times, I'm organised as ever :S
What else? I suppose 6/6/06 passed off without the second coming, kinda disappointing as i'm reading 'Good Omens' at the moment. Although it did mark (as close as damnit) a year since me and Caz splitting up. Maybe this is the subconcious cause of me getting the wanderlust again. Or maybe I'm over analysing.
Finally, if you're off to Download, make sure you go see Dredg. Best band there.
