It's taken originally from the Eve 6 song 'Anytime' ('Out Cold' OST, if anyone cares). It's a song about a breakup, with the guy telling the girl she's making a mistake, and how she'll be worse off without him. I see it as a 'moving on' song. It's good to drive to as well.

The more observant amoungst you will have noticed that 'apocalypse' is synonymous with 'revelation'. The final book of the Bible is also known as 'The Apocalypse of St John the Divine'.
