I had something of a baptism of fire returning to work, which has made me a little anxious, so I am going to post the photos from the Ocean Fantasy Museum at Chengching lake. It is installed in a repurposed nuclear bunker and I was really pleased to be within the cool corridors after the heat of walking around the lake in the midday sun.

I finally arrived home yesterday evening at 19h10 after 34 hours of travelling.... and I could certainly feel it. Once Tiffany had gone I drank some wine and by 21h I was in bed and slept for 10 hours. This morning after a shower and some porridge I felt a whole lot better ( Read more... )

I am writing this before I leave and setting it to publish tomorrow... I have never done this before so it might not work! On Wednesday I finally made it to Chengcing lake, with a picnic.

No email cancelling the flight so far, and I have been invited to check in online only then it says no, because they want to check my paperwork etc. I ended up having to get a business class flight from Paris to Toulouse, it seemed to be the last seat on the flight.
