Blogging in a foreign language

There's a website where the members write blog entries in a foreign language they're learning. Native speakers of that language can write corrections and add comments to their blogs. So for example, I could, line-by-line, correct/comment on blogs written in English; Japanese members could help me with my blog entries written in Japanese, and so on.

I joined this site but didn't seem to a) bookmark it, b) have any emails from it, or c) remember the name. Can't find it on Google either. -_-
