It took me trying to watch episodes of Yuri!!! On Ice to find out that Crunchyroll has ended the option of being able to watch episodes of things free but with commercials and now demands you apply for a free trial of their paid account, while not saying how long this free trial is before they start billing you $10 a month, to see anything other ( Read more... )

This weekend was way too hot, both days about 90°F/32°C, and it made me useless and miserable. Opening up the wall compartment and installing my air conditioner is a whole big Thing I unfortunately wasn't physically prepared to do those two days. At least this week is cooler.

I have run into a car problem: my only remote/key fob is dead and I can't for the life of me get its interior key out so I can't get into my car or change the fob battery. I didn't find out until around 5 pm so nobody at Hyundai or the used car place I bought it from (which is 50 miles away) is around to help me out by phone. If I could at least ( Read more... )

The trust I'm in so I can have Medicaid is riding my last nerve lately because I can't fax my disbursement requests (requests to get them to pay my bills with my money I sent them to hold and apply so Medicaid doesn't think I'm too rich, lol) to either of their machines! I'm not having much trouble with Windows 10 but Notepad ++ and Filezilla aren't as easy to intelligibly look at and use as my Arachnophilia and last FTP program were. I'm no longer so naïve as to think that a newer program/technology automatically equals an easier or better experience for the user ( Read more... )
