I've been sick for over a week now, and it's killing my stamina, head, and ability to write. It's harder than usual to concentrate. I lost a lot of power to my legs today while out in Manhattan, which is one of the things I fear. If I'm driving, I can take myself home easily just by sitting down and driving with the pedals, but today I was using mass transit. I usually take a 20-block walk after this particular doctor appointment, but today I managed 12 before I had to leave. ( Read more... )

Have any of you had good results from having Safelight inject something into a windshield crack to stabilize it? Because the one time they did that for me years ago the crack just grew faster and I had to get the windshield replaced anyway ( Read more... )

This has been a rough few weeks of pain, fatigue, and allergies, especially in the last few days with the return of summer heat. I'm up to a 150 mcg dosage of Synthroid, which is very high, because my recent blood test showed that at 137 mcg my levels were still way too low, which would explain why I've been losing so much more hair than usual this ( Read more... )

Hilariously, it was during the boiling empathic rage I had during an RP conversation my Schuldig had with hide_in_a_smile two weeks ago that I started to feel ill. I started to feel weak, and I couldn't really sleep for hours after that. My heart was pounding that night. I woke up weak and haven't been well since.

I missed LaT's birthday! This is what happens when you finally break down and sleep for about two and a half days....

As much as I want to write, lately I haven't been finding the energy or focus. Fatigue (maybe from the Singulair I'm trying for my allergies) and distraction due to my upcoming unemployment and trip and still unknown thyroid results have left me scattered. I'm behind on my mail too, and I apologize for that.
