Have any of you had good results from having Safelight inject something into a windshield crack to stabilize it? Because the one time they did that for me years ago the crack just grew faster and I had to get the windshield replaced anyway ( Read more... )

Honda still hasn't called back about my window, but I'm going out of state for the weekend anyway, dammit. I'm not letting them ruin another weekend. They still haven't *gotten* the damned replacement window. They already reordered it once. First order was Monday....

The first window they ordered to replace my scratched one never arrived, so they ordered another window. It still hasn't come in yet. If it takes too long, I won't be able to get it fixed until after this holiday weekend, since I'm going away. Is it standard Honda operating procedure to hold your floor mats hostage until you get and finish the survey Honda mails to you? (And, as my salesperson explicitly said, give their dealership and salespeople a good grade?) Because it feels like I'm getting screwed.
