Power Loss

I lost a lot of power to my legs today while out in Manhattan, which is one of the things I fear. If I'm driving, I can take myself home easily just by sitting down and driving with the pedals, but today I was using mass transit. I usually take a 20-block walk after this particular doctor appointment, but today I managed 12 before I had to leave. Going down the stairs to the subway with my legs wobbling felt precarious. While seated on the train my head started pounding and I felt dizzy, so once I dragged myself home I went straight to bed for several hours.

I have no idea what triggered this today.
