Winter Squash Stir Fry

I know I don't post here hardly ever anymore, but I look around for recipes this time of year. And I found a great way to use winter squash if you have extras. It's fast and easy and *really* good. I want to buy more squash just so I can have this again.

Lemony Chickpea & Tofu Stirfry!

The other day I was craving something lemony, so I combined two recipes together, made some modifications, and came up with a vegan and totally deeelicious lemony chickpea & tofu stirfy. It is really easy, cheap, healthy and doesn't take very long to make. No photos though, sorry!

Rice and Soy Sauce

Hey,

I was thinking of making a stir fry for dinner, but I'm tired of overly soy/bragg's sauce sauces.

What kind of yummy sauces do you make for your noodles/rice stir fries?

I love Pad Thai too, but we've already had that this week.

Any other suggestions for rice dishes for dinner?
