How about a peanut broccoli stir fry with coconut rice?

This is one of the good vegan stir fries I love to make. Really easy and quick. Better in winter though, because it's hot and spicy :)

am very much intrigued by the idea of coconut rice. i feel as though i must have been living under a rock to never have heard of it before!

lol well I learnt about it from Thai restaurants, and they sell this rice in Toronto in any grocery :)
