I made caramel shortbread yesterday and the caramel wasn't quite thick enough, it was tasty but didn't stand up like it was supposed to.

I can't get vegan condensed milk where I am. Can you guy give me you best caramel recipes?

My cookies always come out of the oven puffy, but then they flatten out when they cool. How can I make them stay puffy? More baking soda/powder? More egg alternative? My ugly cookies need your help! Dx

Hey guys!

I froze half a batch of cookies, and I've just realised that I don't know how to bake them from frozen. Do I lay them on the baking tray and let them defrost first, or do I bake them from frozen?
