I second this. I've had a bottle of butterscotch schnapps since I decided to make Butterbeer for my 21st birthday in April. No clue what to do with the stuff.

I feel like cupcakes would be a good idea, but baking is chemistry and I'm no good at math.

You could use any recipe that calls for beer and use the soda instead! Maybe? Like the Chocolate Stout cupcakes from VCTOTW - maybe adjust some other flavorings to match more with cream soda. As cupcakes go, those aren't overly sweet.

Or I guess add some schnapps. In this case I would use the schnapps like you would use vanilla extract (basically the same components) - so no more than a few tsp. You could add it to cookies also. But then again, it probably is not in danger of going bad anytime soon, so you could always stuff it away in the cupboard and use 1 tsp at a time for the rest of time!

Sometimes I cook grains (rice, etc.) in beer, and I wonder if you could use the cream soda in making like a rice pudding or something. 12 oz of soda for 1 c. white rice or so? Then add raisins and things like that. Mix 'em all together and bring to a boil....
