hello all. i'm going to make cupcakes for a friend's 21st birthday, and she's requested butterscotch. unfortunately, i've never heard of such a recipe, and google has been pretty unhelpful. any suggestions?

So my wife and I went on a cupcaking making run this weekend.  We made Chloe Coscarelli's Raspberry Tiramisu Cupcakes (which are amazingly delicious BTW).

We then decided to make one of our own, so we came up with the subject you see, these also tasted amazing, and were very pretty when we finished.

I got an urge to make chocolate-cayenne cupcakes. I found this recipe for Mexican Chocolate Cupcakes, but I don't have all the ingredients, and my cayenne peppers are mostly fresh (currently hanging up to dry).
