I feel like the hare in Alice in Wonderland.  Constantly looking at his pocket watch and 'no time, no time'.  Started with my new place of employment today.  All quite nice and easy as I explored the new legal software program I need to learn.  Everyone is lovely and the hour off for lunch was magnificent as N and I ate at the Roses Cafe nearby.   ( Read more... )

Today was rather interesting, followed by a night of jollity and, hopefully, the first in a line of productive Arts & Sciences nights for the local SCA group.  A dozen people showed up.  Most of the boys hung around in the loungeroom awed by N's large tv screen and Xbox 360 games.  I don't blame them.  It's a little bit warmer tonight but still ( Read more... )
