It's been a long time since I posted. My bingo reading slowed down a lot in October. Part of that was a planned break to allow me to read the entries in the Professionals Big Bang, which were released over the course of the month. The virtual Bistocon took place this weekend. At previous Bistocons, the rec panels have often been dominated by older zine-era fics, classics of Pros fandom. This year, for a change, the con com asked people to recommend fics published in 2010 and later. I don't feel that newer fics have been underrepresented among my recs, particularly.
