mr_pugh  and I have bought cellphones, which are now charging in the kitchen. Yes, I know, I am now one of Those People.  I promise I will never hold a conversation on it while being served in a store.  The plan, which has been in the works for a while is to switch from our Bell landline to PC Mobile, keeping the same phone number for one of the phones.   ( Read more... )

Yes. I do hate talking on the phone. I rarely call anyone unless I have to. And I hate getting calls. Some of this is a hangover from the period when I was a crazy shut-in who didn't speak to people.
