So my computer died Monday night. Just up and died. No clue. No explanation. Just poof! The good thing is my firm has two laptops and I was coming back through DC this week anyway, so I only had to go a few days without Internet. It can be such a wonderful thing, but when you're trying to fit into a bridesmaid dress, it can't be a very bad thing too. I picked up my altered dress this evening and I cannot gain an centimeter. I think I've overwhelmed myself with the quickest roadtrip ever - for me, at least. It's kind of weird knowing I left the house yesterday morning at 7:15 a.m. but was home again at 7:15 p.m. tonight; meanwhile, I've driven through four states (not located near mine)! I need to rent a car next weekend. I've never had to do this myself before, so I'm a total clue and not a little bit nervous (though that mostly has to do with me driving from CT to MA).
