And caked out, too.

Yesterday was filled with birthday celebrations for my friend's 1-year-old twins. Today was a co-worker's baby shower. (I won the "You can't say 'baby' or else I get your clothespin" game; go me!)

I think I'll spend what remains of my weekend in bed with a book. *hides*

There's no question that if it weren't for the Internet, many people in our lives would pass on, never to be heard from again. Thanks to social networking sites though, we can now find people from our past lives with just a click of the finger. It's so simple it's amazing, really ( Read more... )

First, my friend and I were driving back to her place this morning when two cars ahead of us, a woman was ejected from her car. Yes. That's E. Ject. Ed. Ejected! We're still not sure what happened. Tomorrow is one of H's birthday, and I'm in charge of the cake. I baked an eggnog cake and 'mmmmm' my house smells so yummy now. I'm pretty proud of my efforts - the first time I've ever truly piped designs - so I thought I'd share them. :)

As planned, I met my friend L after work to get my eyebrows threaded. IT WAS FANTASTIC! It was also the start of a really fun evening. :D
