Bird: T, do Asians prefer prefer the cold weather?"
Everybody (including T): What????
Bird: Well, I just mean, every time I go in a Chinese -- sorry, I mean Asian restaurant, it's like a damn icebox!

It's Sunday night already? Boo! But I'm happy with how my weekend turned out - tame as it was. I visited the library (picked up Big Boned, by Meg Cabot - fun!), grocery shopped, cooked dinner for the week, boiled and refrigerated water for work, prepped tomorrow's lunch, and even threw in a little cleaning ( Read more... )

I've been quiet on LJ lately (other than to rant about my lost/potentially stolen iPod), but that's because there hasn't been a whole lot going on. Which is, in its own way, a good thing. :)

Nonetheless, there are some things going on, and here they are:

Tomorrow is my last day at my job. Five years. When I started, it was just a temporary job. My first legal experience for the summer after my first year of law school. Who knew I'd stay so long?
