Issue - Tried making an interoffice call between OfficeZ and OfficeX. Other end can hear me, but I cannot hear them. Tried calling multiple extensions to verify. Even had EmployeeB call from their phone to check to make sure it wasnt a problem with just my phone. They are having the same results.

So the director of the division I work in walks into my office today and asks me….

“Are you a coffee drinker?”

I am sitting here with my second 20oz cup of the morning on my desk.  A ritual I go through every day.  I probably drink a pot of coffee a day by myself.  When it came time to choose a vendor for our coffee machines, etc, I was one of the ( Read more... )
