Issue - Tried making an interoffice call between OfficeZ and OfficeX. Other end can hear me, but I cannot hear them. Tried calling multiple extensions to verify. Even had EmployeeB call from their phone to check to make sure it wasnt a problem with just my phone. They are having the same results.
My Response - EmployeeB has confirmed this to be an issue. So I have done everything I could think to do:
1) I Made a pot of coffee
2) I ate a donut
3) I stared at the phone in the break room really hard with one eyebrow raised.
I think the phones could “Smell what I was cooking” because I was able to call multiple people in OfficeX now and it appears to work now.
It is all in the eyebrow.
