I have been fairly consistent with the CPAP these past two weeks, and yet I don't seem to be getting enough sleep. Could it be that I just need to get to bed earlier? Somehow, going to bed at midnight or one AM and waking up at 6:30 doesn't add up to 8 hours of sleep. Man, I'm tired this morning. Definitely a Dew in the near future for me.

I woke up this morning around 3am, and I have the impression that I stayed awake until the alarm went off, even though I probably drifted off. Forgot to use the CPAP again, or rather, I fell asleep before I managed to put it on. It's only 9:30 and already I can tell that it's not going to be a very productive day.
