Toronto-area police officers are using public transit to catch distracted drivers
Passing drivers were probably not aware that a cop could be watching them from inside - effectively turning every bus into a potential police cruiser.

When I went to NYC to buy the bike I took Megabus on the first trip (test-ride/order) and Peter Pan on the 2nd trip (pick-up). Megabus runs double-decker buses, so there's no room "underneath" for luggage; there is limited space at the back of the bus around the engine.
