This week is going to be a workout week. I cannot believe that I was ten pounds lighter at this time last year. All that stress-induced eating has resulted in icky results. The Tar Plains show last night (at the Ash Street Saloon) was plenty of fun. I definitely feel that it was the best performance that I have ever put on. The turnout was pretty good, and I am grateful for all the support. The Tar Plains has resumed making videos of the band rehearsals and posting snippets of them on YouTube. The Ridonkulous Duo from Southeast Portland performs a paean to an essential Gothic accoutrement.
