I have a deadline on Thursday so I am procrastinating by internet browsing. Specifically I'm looking for pretty jersey dresses to wear on my holiday (Sardinia in May). Must come in my size (20-22). Any suggestions?

Is it a really bad idea to chop the sleeves off a dress made of viscose and a tiny bit of elastane? Will it fray like anything? Only I don't have a sewing machine to hem my raw edge with...

I'm speaking at a conference Wed/Thur of this week ( and I'm a bit uninspired/uncertain about what to wear )
