Summer is here and the blockbuster movie season began last month. I've seen most of the big movies that have come out so far. I don't get the hype around the new superman movie. I thought it was boring! (so did the other 5 people I saw it with - in fact Brett fell asleep) Yet on the discussion boards I've read most people seem to like it.

Avengers was awesome. I won't spoil anyone. I'll just say that there was so much goodness in one movie! Still there was not enough Thor ... But then there can never be enough Thor!!! Got free tickets to see the Green Hornet tonight at the critics preview. I expected that it would be awful given the postponements and then being dumped in January but, much to my surprise, I really enjoyed it. It's not a great superhero movie like say... Ironman or The Dark Knight, but it was funny and had some good bits ( Read more... )

OMG I must see this movie and not just because there's half naked Robert Downey Jr in the trailer - ok maybe but can you blame me. I think this will help me survive the wait until Ironman2.
