I've been cracking my neck for the best part of nine years... It all started after my appendectomy when, a week after surgery, I woke up with my neck completely paralysed (let me tell you how scary that was - very). Going to the CLSC (free clinic) to get some blood work done and to be given a vaccine and then learning you need to call the Youth service to make an appointment is not what I had in mind when I woke up early on my day off. How does one get an allergic skin reaction right after taking a shower? I mean, really? Unless there's penicillin in the shower, which I doubt. Or grass. Both of which I'm allergic to.
