So, I got the call last night, around 6pmish- they found my car. In Oakland. And arrested the punkass who had it. Some guy named Jose Navaro, or something similar. I'm told I have to go to the Hayward PD to pick up a vehicle release form, then go to the Oakland PD to pick up my car. So it's 7ish by the time we get to Oakland, where the officer ( Read more... )

So, ride situation home from work sorted out. snowvim and stoic_rose called and offered to drive me home. They want to get dinner first, so it's a good thing I stopped by the bank earlier. Still don't know if I want to find a ride to KoC or not. Will cross that bridge as I come to it.
But at least I won't be stuck having to sleep at work or something equally

JustNate and his friend Geo came with me to the party at djericjames' place. There was a moderate number of people there, who's names I do not remember all of. Turned out Geo knew someone there. Thus proving once again just how much the circles overlap. LOL It was a fun ( Read more... )

So, Tuesday I popped online for a little bit, then bummed around and cleaned cages. I was supposed to go look at the place in the afternoon, so I called up JustNate to see if he wanted to come along and then we'd go see CatCF afterward. So, went to dinner/drinks with the weird guy that came into work. Just to be amused. He is a retired Army guy, who insists he still works covert ops for the military. Cops are the bad guys.
