I am sitting here waiting for 12th night, while wearing most of my garb. I won't put the gown on until I have to, as then my ability to move around, reach for things, and hopefully not knock off stuff in my path is highly limited ( Read more... )

I am very happy right now. I actually managed to cut out, sew up, trim, clip, turn and press one whole garment piece in just a few hours. It was a simple partlet, with just wool fashion fabric and silk taffeta lining. It still needs hooks and eyes hand sewn into place, but it is otherwise DONE ( Read more... )
