I'm really trying to practice every day, but my fingers turn purple after a while and really hurt. I'm still building up the callouses on them (which sucks because I cannot stand not having soft hands) so it's a slow process. I find writing very therapeutic. So sue me. I write when I need to get it out. I find it to be a lot healthier than the outlets I know some people use. Instead of turning to drinking or illegal activity, I turn to writing. I keep a journal next to my bed and I write in it frequently as I can.
